  • Own properties located in Greater Brisbane or Gold Coast areas
  • Are preparing to sell their home
  • Agree to list their property exclusively with our nominated partner real estate agency

A free on-site assessment will determine suitability based on the property's condition and market potential.

What types of renovations are covered?

We focus on high-impact, value-adding renovations, including:

In the rare case your property doesn't sell within the agreed timeframe (typically 90–180 days), we'll work with you to find a suitable solution, such as:

  • Partial upfront settlement

All terms will be outlined clearly in your agreement.

Is there a minimum or maximum renovation amount?

Yes:

Minimum renovation value: $10,000
Maximum renovation value: Typically up to $100,000, subject to property value and market potential

Do I need to list the property with your agency?
